Number One in the Number Two Business
RESPONSE TO COVID-19
We're doing our part in these uncertain times!
As southern Alberta’s leading and most trusted pet waste removal company, we place the health and safety of our employees, customers and the community as our number one priority. While COVID-19 has dominated the news, we wanted to take the time to assure you that we are here with you and have been actively taking precautionary measures to help everyone stay healthy and safe.
We are open for business and will continue to ensure you and all our active clients keep getting the service you deserve and paid for. Enhanced protocols have been implemented and vigilantly practiced by our incredible team of Service Representatives.
We are also closely monitoring updates of COVID-19 and following the guidance of Alberta Health Services to safeguard ourselves and those around us. Our focus is to ensure we continue to meet customer needs while doing our part to provide you, our employees and our communities a pleasant and safe service experience.
How we’re responding:
At this time, we will not accept cash payments. Only credit card, Visa Debit and e-Transfers will be accepted until further notice.
Our Service Reps. Will do their absolute best to not touch any property or item in your yard except the gate as they come and go. They will always wear gloves to open and close your gate.
If you do not want your dogs interacting with our Service Reps. Please help us by ensuring they are kept inside while we visit. We can arrange a 15 to 30-minute notification prior to arriving if you like. We just need to ensure we have your cell on file so a text message can be sent. Please let us know if this is an option you’d like to use and we’ll make a note on your file the for the Rep to see.
Our Service Reps. will be stepping up their efforts disinfecting their tools between houses on their route.
We truly appreciate the trust you place in our team and our company during this uncertain time. In the meantime, our hearts continue to go out to those who have been affected by COVID-19. Please take care and stay safe.
