If you're not
happy, we're not happy. We'll do whatever it takes to give the you best
customer service experience possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please
call us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we’ll return the
next day to re-clean your property at no charge. We want to make
things right! This is our no-hassle guarantee.
Please keep in
mind though that we cannot guarantee our service when working in
areas that have tall grass or weeds, or when there are excessive
amounts of leaves, trash, mud, or snow. We also cannot guarantee
our service when waste is cleaned from between rocks in dog
runs. But even in these cases, we will always do our absolute
best to get every piece of waste. After all, we want your
property to be clean and we want you to be happy!
Refund Policy
Poooh Busters works on a pre-paid basis. That is, our
customers are required to pay for the service we provide
up-front and we ask that no one carries a balance. This allows
us to give you the best possible rates.
If for some reason, you must cancel your service after
pre-paying for several weeks, we will gladly refund the unused
credits that you have remaining. We will have a cheque for the
appropriate amount in the mail to you within five business days
of receiving your cancellation.
